PREPARATION OF TURKEY AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F), light grease of a small-sized baking dish.
- Cook the Turkey: Brown ground turkey using a spatula by breaking the turkey over a medium heat pan. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder for personal taste, and let this simmer aside.
- Combine ingredients: Mix all the turkey cooked together with steamed broccoli and Greek yoghurt and mix well. Season if that is necessary.
- Assemble the Casserole: Pour this mixture into your prepared casserole dish and smooth it out. Top with shredded cheddar cheese – sprinkle evenly over the top.
